The media, legislature and the “child saving industry” (yes it is an  industry with real money making potential) have created national child  molestation hysteria. Through their well-funded efforts, the general  public is convinced a child molester lurks behind every tree, waiting  for the golden opportunity to snatch a child. All the while the unreasonable rules and regulations are destroying people that have paid or are paying their debt to society. The restrictions which grow like a fungus yearly are putting people on the streets homeless and and penniless. No crime requires its perpetrator these kind of conditions, not drug dealers, not murders, not even obstruction of justice, none.

Public  hysteria regarding child molestation has changed the rules of the  criminal justice system.  The state does not have to prove guilt, but  simply make the accusation. No longer is one “innocent until proven  guilty.”  Once the accusation is made, the defendant must prove  innocence beyond a reasonable doubt and because of the way the system is arranged in child cases it is nearly impossible.

An accusation alone is  sufficient for conviction, a prison term, and a requirement to be listed  on the sex offender registry for life. This is true EVEN IF the  "victim" later recants his/her story.

“This state (TEXAS) and  most others will stop at nothing in order to ensure that all it takes is  an allegation of sexual abuse in order to convict!” 

• No sexual abuse is ever acceptable.
• Sex offense laws and policies should be based on sound research and common sense, not panic or paranoia.
• Current laws and policies that paint all sex offenders with one  broad brush are counter- productive, wasteful, and cause needless harm.
• Each offense must be judged on its own merits with a punishment that fits the crime and does not waste taxpayer dollars.
• The public sex offender registry and residency restriction laws do  not protect children but instead, ostracize and dehumanize entire  families.
• Money spent on purely punitive measures would be better used for prevention, healing, and rehabilitation.

The purpose of this page and the site is not to argue my guilt or innocents but to share what the sex offender laws do to the one charged and to share my personal story, Not to minimize the effects on the victim if the accusation is true, but these laws really help no one to be productive in society. Nor do these laws protect children or anyone else. 

MY FAITH IN GOD THROUGH JESUS HAS BEEN STRENGTHENED AND SECURE THROUGH THIS DARK SITUATION.
